ZAIA is a private cliffside villa located along Mexico’s Pacific coast near Zihuatanejo, designed for rest, connection, and ease.

The property offers a secluded setting where time slows and each day unfolds in rhythm with the natural world.

Surrounded by unspoiled landscapes, pristine beaches, clear waters, and lush hillsides meeting the sea, ZAIA is deeply connected to its surroundings. The region is shaped by tradition, artisanal culture, local markets, and a long-standing relationship with land and ocean.

The villa sleeps up to 18 guests and features seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, two pools, a full staff and farm-to-table dining experiences available throughout your stay. Designed to support both gathering and solitude, ZAIA offers a sense of privacy while remaining effortlessly comfortable and cared for.

For those drawn to exploration, the surrounding area offers a range of experiences, from fishing excursions and horseback rides along the beach to snorkeling, scuba diving, guided jungle hikes, and seasonal whale and dolphin migrations visible from the property. Adventure is always available, but it is never imposed.
